By browsing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the ongcuci platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you expressly and bindingly agree to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document as well as other related documents issued by ongcuci from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account properly. We are unable to provide services to users who do not fully accept these terms.

The ongcuci platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding and valid agreement
• Is not currently under an active self-exclusion restriction on the ongcuci platform or any affiliated platform
